Celly Rx is operated by Celly Health, Inc. (“Celly Rx,” “we,” “us”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use cellyrx.com or present a Celly Rx prescription savings card at a participating pharmacy, and how that information is used.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill in a contact form, request an evaluation, or personalize a card, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and the contents of any message you send us.

Pharmacy transaction data. When you present a Celly Rx card at a participating pharmacy, the pharmacy submits a discount adjudication request through the ScriptSave WellRx network. That request includes the medication name and NDC, dosage, quantity, fill date, pharmacy identifier, and the discounted price paid. Your name as printed on the prescription is included by the pharmacy.

Website usage data. Like most websites, we collect server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) and may use cookies to support site functionality and analytics.

2. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate the Celly Rx prescription savings program.
• Respond to your inquiries, contact requests, or evaluation requests.
• Improve the program through internal analysis of utilization patterns.
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
• Communicate program updates, when you have provided contact information.

3. Sharing

We share information only as described here:

• Pharmacy benefit infrastructure providers. ScriptSave / Medical Security Card Company / MedImpact Healthcare Systems and the participating pharmacies process the discount transaction. They are bound by their own privacy practices and applicable law.
• Within the Celly Health ecosystem. Aggregated, anonymized utilization data may be used internally across Celly Health entities for program improvement and clinical research.
• Legal compliance. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Celly Rx, our users, or others.
• Service providers. Vendors that help us operate the website and respond to inquiries (hosting, email delivery, analytics) may process information on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality terms.

We do not sell your prescription information to third parties.

4. Your choices

You can stop using your Celly Rx card at any time. There is no account to close. You can request that we remove personally identifying information you provided through a contact form by emailing hello@cellyhealth.com.

5. Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect information in our possession. No system is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of any data transmitted over the internet.

6. Children

Celly Rx is intended for use by adults filling prescriptions for themselves or members of their household. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Effective” date above reflects the current version.

The range of the discounts will vary depending on the type of prescription and the pharmacy chosen. This program does not make payments directly to pharmacies. Members are required to pay for all prescription purchases.
