Yes. The card is free, there’s no monthly fee, no signup, no eligibility requirement. Print it, save it to your phone, share it with family. Use it as many times as you need.
No. The BIN, PCN, and Group on every Celly Rx card are the same — you can start using the card the moment you have it. We don’t collect personal info to issue you a card.
Visit our card page, type in your name, and either print the card or save the image to your phone. That’s it.
Yes. One card covers your whole household. Spouse, kids, parents under your roof — same card, same BIN/PCN/Group.
No. DISCOUNT ONLY — NOT INSURANCE. Celly Rx is a prescription discount program. We don’t pay the pharmacy on your behalf — you pay the pharmacy directly, but at the negotiated discounted price instead of full retail. You can’t stack Celly Rx with insurance on the same prescription.
When you hand over the card, the pharmacist enters the BIN, PCN, and Group into their normal pharmacy billing system — the same way they’d enter an insurance card. Their system queries the ScriptSave network, returns the discounted price, and you pay that price at the register.
Average savings on generic medications is around 65%, with select formulary drugs reaching 80% or more off retail. Branded drugs typically see smaller discounts — sometimes single digits, sometimes 20–40%. The exact discount depends on the medication and the pharmacy.
Different pharmacies negotiate different cash prices. The ScriptSave network passes those differences through to you. That’s why searching prices before you go is so valuable — the same medication can be 30% off at one pharmacy and 70% off at another two miles away.
For generic medications — very often, yes. Many patients find Celly Rx beats their insurance copay, especially on chronic medications. For brand-name drugs and complex specialty medications, insurance usually still wins. The price comparison is the answer: check the Celly Rx price, then compare to your insurance copay before you fill.

Yes. The ScriptSave WellRx network covers all 50 states plus DC.
This is rare, but if it happens: ask the pharmacist to actually try processing the BIN/PCN/Group through their system rather than refusing on sight. If they’ve genuinely never run a ScriptSave card before, the help desk number on the back of your card can walk them through it — or simply try a different pharmacy. We show the comparison for a reason.
Yes, several mail-order pharmacies in the ScriptSave network accept Celly Rx. Check current pricing in our drug search before you commit to a mail-order fill.
It’s a clinical evaluation pathway operated by Celly Health Medical Group for patients with chronic inflammatory conditions — Long COVID, ME/CFS, chronic Lyme, fibromyalgia, and similar presentations. It’s built around a CCR5-antagonist mechanism using FDA-approved medications. Celly Rx provides discounted pricing on the medications, but the clinical protocol itself is a separate medical service. Yes — check pricing here. Maraviroc is FDA-approved for HIV-1; its use for chronic inflammatory conditions is off-label and requires evaluation by a licensed prescribing provider.
Celly Rx is operated by Celly Health, Inc. The underlying pharmacy savings infrastructure is provided by ScriptSave WellRx Premier — a platform administered by Medical Security Card Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of MedImpact Healthcare Systems (the largest privately held PBM in the U.S.).
No. Celly Rx does not sell prescription data to third parties. Aggregated, anonymized utilization data may be used internally for program improvement and clinical research within the Celly Health ecosystem. Our privacy policy covers the details.
The honest answer: discount card programs earn small per-transaction processing fees from the pharmacy benefit infrastructure. That fee is what funds the program. There’s no catch to you — the savings are real, the card is free, and using it doesn’t obligate you to anything else. Over time, we hope you’ll explore the rest of the Celly Health ecosystem, but you’re under no pressure to.
