Celly Rx is a prescription discount program operated by Celly Health, Inc. The program provides access to negotiated cash pricing on prescription medications at participating pharmacies. The card is provided free of charge.
DISCOUNT ONLY — NOT INSURANCE. Celly Rx is not health insurance, prescription drug insurance, or a Medicare prescription drug plan. Celly Rx does not pay pharmacies. You pay the pharmacy directly at the discounted price. Celly Rx may not be used in conjunction with insurance benefits, government programs (including Medicare and Medicaid), or any other discount or coupon program on the same prescription.
The Celly Rx card has no eligibility requirement. It is available to anyone in the United States who needs prescription medications, regardless of insurance status.

The Celly Rx name, the Celly Health name, the Celly Rx logo and brand marks, the formulary design, the chronic inflammation protocol description, and all original content on this website are the property of Celly Health, Inc. and its affiliates. You may not copy, redistribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without written permission.
The Celly Rx program is enabled through ScriptSave WellRx Premier infrastructure provided by Medical Security Card Company, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of MedImpact Healthcare Systems. Pharmacy services are provided by independent participating pharmacies. Celly Health is not responsible for the acts or omissions of these third parties.
The website and the Celly Rx card are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Celly Health disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Celly Health, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of cellyrx.com or the Celly Rx program.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or the card after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.
